Starting his career with Eureka Forbes Ltd, Geminish then worked with T.I.M.E (Triumphant Institute of Management Education Pvt Ltd), Erica Group of Institutions, S.I.I.T, Sree Padmanabha Institute of Instrumentation etc. He is a mentor, student counsellor, motivational speaker and placement consultant with 19+ years of experience helping job seekers navigate the job search through one-to-one coaching and to find fulfillment and belonging in their careers.
